Yvonne Johnson is the Co-founder and CEO of Indicina – a leading AI infrastructure FinTech company. With over 10 years of leadership experience, she has worked as the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at First Bank of Nigeria. During her tenure at the bank, Yvonne led the Strategy function for the Commercial Banking Group, where she oversaw local and international subsidiaries. She headed the development of a Digital Finance strategy and launched the bank’s first innovation hub.
Aside from working with First Bank of Nigeria, Yvonne has experience working with other companies such as, Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, Bank of America Investment Banking, PwC, and Community Lab in New York, where she served as Director of Process & Execution Strategy.
Yvonne graduated at the Kellogg School of Management, where she earned her MBA with accolades and was honored with the Donald P. Jacobs International Scholarship. She also graduated with honors from the University of Toronto.
Yvonne is not only a successful business leader but also an early-stage investor and advisor in Pan-African technology start-ups, she has contributed to the success stories of Andela and Flutterwave.
