Product managers and designers collaborate to ensure the success of a product. Designers conduct user research to understand users’ pain points and design a product to address these needs. They create prototypes, test, and iterate to refine the user experience with the product.

Meanwhile, product managers oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch. They prioritise user problems to solve and define the product vision and strategy. They work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and stakeholders, to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals.
